Data protection
Privacy policy
This policy explains how Youcentra processes information submitted by website visitors, prospective clients and clients.
Data controller
Youcentra is responsible for processing the information collected through this website. For questions about your personal information or to exercise your rights, email [email protected].
Information collected
- name and email address;
- phone number, when provided;
- company, requested service and preferred language;
- message content and subsequent communications;
- technical information strictly necessary for the security and operation of the form, including the IP address processed by Cloudflare Turnstile.
How your information is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, prepare and follow up on a service, protect the form and comply with Youcentra’s legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, performance of an agreement, Youcentra’s legitimate interest in securing and organizing communications, or a legal obligation.
Your information is not sold or used for marketing communications without your prior consent.
Recipients and service providers
Information is processed by Youcentra and by technical service providers strictly necessary for hosting, website security and delivery of form submissions. Some providers may process information in the United States in accordance with their contractual commitments and applicable transfer mechanisms.
When a client receives and uses a payment link, payment information is collected directly by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Youcentra receives only the information needed to track the transaction and does not have access to the full credit card number.
Retention periods
- Unsuccessful prospective-client inquiries: up to three years after the last contact.
- Information needed to provide a service: for the duration of the contractual relationship and then as long as needed for evidence and legal compliance.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by applicable law, including ten years when a French retention requirement applies.
- Security information: only as long as strictly necessary to prevent and address incidents.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to the processing of your information. You may also withdraw consent when processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. Reasonable identity verification may be requested. Individuals covered by the GDPR may lodge a complaint with the CNIL. In other countries, a complaint may be submitted to the competent data-protection or consumer-protection authority.
Cookies and security
The website does not currently use advertising or audience-measurement tools. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical elements strictly necessary to distinguish human requests from automated submissions. If non-essential tools are added later, a consent mechanism will be implemented before they are activated.
Children
The services are not intended for children, and the form should not be used by anyone under 18 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
